Environment Industry engages with government

The Ontario Environment Industry Association (ONEIA) is ramping up its engagement of government on a number of policies. This includes discussions in several areas, including Record of Site Condition; Toxic Reference Documents; Soil Contamination and others. ONEIA's Water Committee recently presented to the Ontario Standing Committee examining Bill 72 (Water Opportunities Act). This is in addition to the Association's regular meetings with Ministers and senior staff at the Ministries of Environment, Economic Development and Trade/Research and Innovation.

If you wish to become an active industry participant in these or other discussions and would like to join ONEIA, please contact Alex Gill , Executive Director at agill@oneia.ca.

Going West with ERIS: BC Sales and Development Trip

In September, our Research and Development Manager, Mark Mattei, spent 10 days in BC visiting with clients and promoting ERIS' new BC specific products and reports.
ERIS' new BC Reports offer information from the Site Registry, plus all Detail Reports for each record at no additional cost. These reports have dramatically improved

the ease with which information is obtained on any Stage 1 or Phase 1 work in BC.
